No, you absolutely won’t. We will only send you our newsletter. Your details are for us only! That's for certain!

Why do I have to create a user name and password?
Just in case you have to leave the screen before completing your details to us, by creating a user name and password, you can save what you’ve done and return later.

What if I forget my user name or password?
Don’t worry; you can re-register for another one.

How quickly should I expect a response to my online order?
Once we receive all the information we need, you will have a package at your door in approximately 10 days. We are here to offer answers promptly! Just sit back and wait.

How much does delivery cost?
Nothing. The cost is all inclusive to anywhere in Australia.

How will my package be delivered?
It will arrive at the address you designate via Australia Post

What if I live outside of Australia?
The only additional cost to you will be for delivery. We can arrange a costing if required.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?  
After we receive all the details we need to work with, you should receive your designinsideonline package within approximately 10 working days. For many, it may be much sooner than that.

What if my package doesn’t arrive?
Please contact us and we will track it. If, in the event that something unpredictable has happened, we will send you another asap.
