The package is non-refundable.

CONFIRMATION & DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Upon submitting all the information a client can provide us via our website, and us receiving payment via PayPal, the client will be sent a confirmation email.

If a client’s submission is placed on weekends or public holidays DesignInsideOnline will confirm that it has been received on the next business day.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding QLD Public holidays.

Our Online response will be delivered within Australia via Australia Post and arrive within approximately 10 working days of our having received and confirmed all the relevant information from our client.The freight charge is included in our pricing. We record all tracking numbers in our system against your order.

Delivery times provided DesignInsideOnline are estimates and cannot be subject to conditions beyond our control. DesignInsideOnline cannot be held accountable for a late delivery or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

DesignInsideOnline can service clients internationally via Air Mail. Air Mail charges are not included in our published pricing. DesignInsideOnline does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply. International customers will need to check with their local customs office in regards to what, if any, duty you may be liable for when our response arrives. We record all tracking numbers in our system against your order.


PRICING

DesignInsideOnline reserves the right to change prices without notice. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.


GIFT CERTIFICATE

The Gift Certificate is non-refundable and is to be used within 12 months of date of purchase.


INTERFERENCE AND HACKING

DesignInsideOnline does not accept liability for any loss or damages caused by this website, or any website linked to this website.

A person must not attempt to change, add to, remove, deface, hack or otherwise interfere with this website or any material or content displayed on this website.

A person must not attempt to break into or access restricted areas, or information that has not been specifically granted to you in the public areas of the website.
